- Woven Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Filters
Woven wire mesh is a low-cost, high-efficiency filter medium with a
micron scale ranging from 1 to 2000 microns. Because the parameters
of the wire diameter, mesh number and weave pattern are fully
customizable, it comes in PW(plain) and TW(twill) square braid, as
well as PDW(Plain Netherlands) and TDW(Twill Netherlands) Dutch
braid.
- Sintered mesh
Woven nets of different mesh sizes are sintered by vacuum sintering
at high temperature, with high mechanical strength, uniform pore
size and micron scale of 1 ~ 100 microns. Sintered wire mesh filter
media provide absolute retention levels in a wide range of liquids
and gases.
- Photo Etching Metal Filters
The filter medium of the photolithographic metal filter has a
smooth surface and a large open area. The smooth surface reduces
the flow resistance and pressure difference of the liquid, which
allows the liquid to be filtered at a lower pressure difference.
Lithographic metal filters are easier to clean and maintain to
intercept burrs and wear particles in the system.
- Laminated Perforated Sheet Metal
Laminated perforated metal plate filtration medium is the
perforated metal plate and multi-layer braided steel wire mesh
sintered together to form a very strong and easy to handle porous
plate. High pressure resistance, high mechanical strength. Suitable
for environments requiring fine filtration and high pressure
operation.
